Shoepping Order, Shipping & Return Policy

.About Shoepping :

  • Shoepping provides original branded products sourced from trusted suppliers and retailers in the UAE and shipped to Egypt.

 

  • All orders are special import orders purchased based on the customer’s selected brand, model, size, and color.

 

.Order Process :

  • The customer places an order through our website.

 

  • Our team contacts the customer via WhatsApp to confirm product availability, size, color, model, and final details.

 

  • Once availability is confirmed, the customer pays a 50% deposit through the available payment methods.

 

  • After receiving the deposit, the item is purchased and prepared for international shipping.

 

  • The customer will be updated during the main shipping stages until the order reaches Egypt and is handed to the local delivery company.

 

.Payment & Deposit :

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm any order.

 

  • The remaining 50% balance is paid upon delivery or before pickup if office pickup is arranged.

 

  • Since each item is specially purchased for the customer, the deposit is non-refundable once the item has been purchased or processed, except in eligible cases stated below.

 

.Item Inspection :

  • Before shipping the item to Egypt, Shoepping carefully inspects the product to confirm the brand, model, size, color, box condition, and general visible condition.

 

  • Whenever possible, we may send photos or videos of the item before international shipping.

 

  • Please note that Shoepping is not the manufacturer. Our inspection is a visible quality check only.

 

.Shipping Time & Fees :

  • Standard international shipping from UAE to Egypt usually takes 4–6 weeks.

 

  • Delivery times may be affected by customs, holidays, shipping company delays, or circumstances outside our control.

 

  • Express delivery is available for an additional fee of 1,050 EGP.

 

  • Express delivery is expected within 12–15 days, subject to supplier availability, customs procedures, and shipping performance.

 

  • International shipping fees are included in the product price for standard delivery.

 

  • Domestic shipping inside Egypt is 150 EGP, payable directly to the local shipping company upon delivery.

 

  • We deliver across all governorates in Egypt.

 

.Size, Color & Model Responsibility :

  • The customer is responsible for confirming the correct size, color, model, and brand before paying the deposit.

 

  • Refunds are not accepted for wrong size selection, color preference, change of mind, or personal fit preference.

 

  1. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds :
  • Requests must be submitted within 3 days from receiving the order.

 

  • Requests may be accepted only if:

 

  • The received product is different from the confirmed brand, model, size, or color.

 

  • The product is damaged.

 

  • The product has a clear manufacturing defect.

 

  • Shoepping cannot provide the confirmed item. 

 

  • Shipping exceeds 6 weeks and the customer chooses to cancel after contacting us.

 

  • The item must be returned unused, unworn, clean, and with the original box, packaging, tags, labels, accessories, and invoices (if available).

 

  • If the exchange is due to customer preference, size change, or change of mind, the customer bears the international return/exchange shipping fees of 40 USD, plus any local shipping fees inside Egypt.

 

  • If the issue was caused by Shoepping, such as sending the wrong model, size, color, brand, damaged item, or defective item, we will handle the case fairly through replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.

 

  • Requests submitted after 3 days from receiving the order will not be accepted.

 

  1. Delivery Inspection :
  • Customers should inspect the product carefully upon delivery.

 

  • We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.

 

  1. Product Quality Responsibility :
  • Shoepping guarantees that all products are original and sourced from trusted suppliers and retailers.

 

  • Shoepping is not the product manufacturer and does not control brand sizing standards, material performance, or manufacturing quality.

 

  • After the product is received and accepted, Shoepping is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, normal wear and tear, or personal usage.

 

  1. Customer Agreement :

By placing an order and paying the deposit, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted Shoepping’s order, payment, shipping, return, exchange, and refund policy.
